Product Description
10% Glass Fiber Reinforced
Siraya Tech Fibreheat ASA-GF Black is a high-strength ASA-based 3D printing filament reinforced with 10% chopped glass fiber. This special formulation offers excellent mechanical properties, UV resistance, and improved printing stability compared to other ASA filaments.
Dimensional Stability
ASA-GF minimizes warping and maintains precise shapes, thanks to glass fiber reinforcement, ensuring accurate and consistent prints even under stress.
Warping Resistance
Glass fiber reinforcement ensures ASA-GF retains its shape during and after printing, ideal for complex, high-precision tasks.

Print parameters:
– High tensile strength – Up to 45 MPa in XY axis
– Recommended nozzle temperature: 250-270°C
– Recommended build plate: Glass, PEI, or PC film at 100-110°C
With a glass transition temp of 106°C and HDT of 92-97°C, Fibreheat ASA-GF is suitable for parts requiring high strength and heat resistance. The addition of chopped glass fibers provides a tensile modulus of 2871 MPa (XY) and bending modulus of 2751 MPa (XY).
Warm tips:
To achieve optimal print quality, use a ≥0.4mm nozzle at 250-270°C, with the build plate at 100-110°C. Retraction distance of 1-5mm at 1800-3600 mm/min is recommended. Keeping the printer enclosed and heated to 60-80°C can help avoid warping. Drying the filament at 70-80°C for 4-6 hours may be needed after long-term storage.
Cautions for Use: AMS NOT Compatible.
SUPERIOR WEATHER & UV RESISTANCE: Outperforms ASA-GF in outdoor durability, maintaining color and physical properties in harsh weather conditions. Enhanced UV protection resists aging and discoloration, ensuring lasting quality for outdoor applications.
HIGH STRENGTH & IMPACT RESISTANCE: Reinforced with 10% chopped glass fiber for increased strength, stiffness, and impact resistance compared to standard ASA. Ideal for demanding applications requiring durability, especially in high-temperature environments.
EXCEPTIONAL THERMAL STABILITY: Higher thermal stability than ASA-GF, with a glass transition temperature of 106°C and HDT of 92-97°C (1.8-0.45 MPa). Withstands high-temperature industrial applications requiring heat resistance.
DIMENSIONAL STABILITY & WARPING RESISTANCE: Enhanced warping resistance ensures superior dimensional stability and minimal warping during printing, making it easier to achieve precise, consistent results.
OPTIMIZED FOR FDM 3D PRINTING: Print with ease using recommended settings – Nozzle: 250-270°C, Bed: 100-110°C (glass, PEI, or PC film), Enclosure: 60-80°C. Retraction: 1-5mm at 1800-3600mm/min. Dry filament at 70-80°C for 4-6 hours after long-term storage.
