Reliable Conductivity for ESD Protection: With a stable volume resistivity of 20,000 Ω·cm, YXPOLYER ABS Conductive filament is optimized for ESD-safe applications, slowly dissipating static charge without shorting electronic components.
Stronger than PLA: Compared to conductive PLA, conductive ABS offers lower resistivity, higher strength, better heat resistance, and improved durability, making it the superior choice for functional, engineering-grade applications requiring both conductivity and toughness.
Easy to Print with Conductive Fillers: Made with conductive particles like carbon nanotubes or metal powder. Prints well at 220–260 °C on most standard FDM printers. Good flow and easy shaping for stable, reliable results. We’ve tested it on Bambu Lab printers with great results and shared the best settings for reference, but please adjust based on your own printer.
Strong Bonding and Toughness: This conductive ABS sticks well between layers and is stronger than PLA. It doesn’t crack or break easily, even in large or detailed prints. Great for making strong and long-lasting parts that need to conduct electricity.
