High Performance PC Carbon Fiber 3D Printer Filaments
High Strength and Stiffness: PC-CF offers superior tensile strength and modulus due to carbon fiber reinforcement, making it ideal for parts requiring high mechanical performance.Excellent Thermal Resistance: It can withstand higher operating temperatures compared to standard filaments, maintaining mechanical integrity under thermal stress.Reduced Warping and Shrinkage: The carbon fiber content lowers the material’s coefficient of thermal expansion, resulting in less warping and better dimensional stability during printing.Lightweight with High Rigidity: PC-CF combines low density with high stiffness, providing a lightweight yet strong material suitable for load-bearing applications.Enhanced Wear Resistance: The composite nature of PC-CF improves its abrasion resistance, making it suitable for components subjected to friction or frequent use.
High Impact Resistance CF PC Filament 1.75MM
PC-CF offers several advantages over PLA, including higher strength and stiffness, superior heat resistance, and reduced warping. It’s also more durable and has better wear resistance, making it suitable for functional parts and high-performance applications where PLA would be too weak or temperature-sensitive.
Smooth Feeding
YXPOLYER carbon fiber polycarbonate filament has 1.75mm diameter with tolerance of ±0.04. So the feeding is smoother and the material is not easily broken.
Printing Tips
The temperature this carbon fiber PC filament is 220-280 ˚C the bed temperature is 80-100 ˚C.The farther the distance between the extruder and the nozzle, the more prone to deformation, resulting in color crossing.3D printer Solid glue is always required for better print.
Nozzle Recommend
Please use the nozzle made of stainless steel, hardened steel or tungsten gold.0.4mm and 0.6mm can be used to print this carbon fiber PC filament.
Due to the abrasive nature of carbon fiber, PC-CF requires wear-resistant nozzles, like hardened steel.
Ensure the filament is dry before printing, as moisture can negatively affect print quality.

[High Strength and Durability] PC CF filament is known for its exceptional strength and durability, the incorporation of carbon fiber into the polycarbonate matrix enhances its mechanical properties, resulting in parts that can withstand substantial mechanical stress and impacts (Tensile Strenght is 85MPa, flexual modulus is 5800MPa)
[Excellent Heat Resistance] Carbon fiber polycarbonate filament exhibits impressive heat resistance, allowing it to maintain its structural integrity even under high-temperature conditions (Heat distortion temperature can reach 140℃). This makes this carbon fiber polycarbonate filament 1.75mm suitable for applications where parts may be exposed to elevated temperatures
[Great Dimensional Stability] Compared with nylon 6 carbon fiber filament, carbon fiber PC filament has less water absorption and a low shrinkage rate after printing, making its printing parts’ mechanical performance more stable
[Glossy Surface] Parts printed with carbon fiber PC filament 1.75mm often have a smooth and refined surface finish, reducing the need for extensive post-processing. This characteristic makes it suitable for creating aesthetically pleasing prototypes and end-use products without compromising on mechanical performance
[Versatile Applications] CF PC filament finds application across a wide range of industries, including engineering, manufacturing, electronics, and design. The ability of PC CF filament to balance strength, heat resistance, and lightweight properties makes it a versatile material for producing functional prototypes, jigs, fixtures, customized components, functional prototypes, industrial tools, automotive components.and aslo a popular choice for creating robust and long-lasting 3D printed parts
[Printing Tips] We recommend that the printing temperature for this carbon fiber PC filament is 240-260℃, the bed temperature is 100-110℃. It is recommended to use an enclosure when printing, for large part please use a heated chamber. It is recommended to anneal the printed part right after the printing process to release the residual internal stress
