①【SUNLU PA6-GF Reusable Spool】- SUNLU PA6-GF 3D Filament made of 25% Glass Fibers and 75% PA Nylon, use heat-resistant and reusable spool to facilitate drying before printing, the maximum drying temperature can reach 230℉(110℃).
②【417°F (214°C) Heat-Resistant】- PA6 GF withstands 417°F (214°C), retains strength/stiffness under heat. Perfect for engine components, electrical housings, and high-temp industrial molds.
③【Strong Chemical Resistance】- SUNLU glass fibers offer superior resistance to harsh acids, fuels, and industrial cleaners, making them ideal for chemical valves, fuel systems, and corrosion-prone industrial environments.

⑦【Recommended Settings】- To achieve the best printing results with SUNLU PA6-GF filament, we recommend printing at a nozzle temperature of 270-290°C, a bed temperature of 50-70°C, and a print speed of 50-120mm/s.
⑧【Printing Tips】- 6 hours after unpacking, it needs to be dried before printing. The recommended drying conditions is 110°C for 4 hours. It is recommended to apply glue to assist printing to prevent edge warping. Printing PA6-GF with a copper nozzle is prone to wear and tear. It is recommended to use a wear-resistant nozzle, such as a hardened steel nozzle.
