Excellent mechanical properties: Kexcelled PC filaments are characterised by high tensile strength and impact resistance. The parts retain their good dimensional stability and are durable even with high impacts, stretches, extrusions and other damage
Heat Resistance and Low Creep:Our polycarbonate filament with heat deflection temperatures in excess of 100°C, parts can be subjected to temperatures of 100°C for short periods of time without deformation under certain loads. This reduces the likelihood of failure and damage or even accidents due to creep deformation and fracture.
UV and chemical resistance: White PC filament has high UV, acid and oil resistance, so it can be used not only in outdoor scenes, but also in some special chemical exposure environments.
Wide application: thanks to the pc filament 1.75 mm excellent impact resistance and high strength, the material is suitable for printing functional household items such as hooks and brackets. It is also a good choice for printing concept models, function prototypes, tools, jigs, small batches or custom end pieces
Pressure recommendations: nozzle: 250-270°C, bed: 80-100°C, chamber temperature: 60-90°C, speed: 40-80mm/s. PC filaments absorb water easily, it is recommended to dry the filaments before each printing process, Temperature:80℃, Time:8-12 hours
