Giantarm Glow in the Dark PLA Filament

This PLA luminous filament contains phosphorescent materials, which can glow in the dark regardless of whether they are exposed to uv light sources.Before being illuminated by light, it is similar to the fusion of white and transparent colors. When irradiated by strong sunlight or uv light, it can emit a dreamy rainbow light in the dark!This filament also remains original characteristics of PLA filament, ensuring trouble-free operation and excellent printing performance.

Print Setting:

Extrusion/Nozzle Temp: 190-230℃ (374-446℉)

Heated Bed Temp: 50-70℃ (122-158℉)

Printing Speed: 15-30mm/s

Nozzle size: ≥ 0.4mm

Exposure time: 30-120 mins

Printing Tips

1.In order to ensure strong adhesion of the first layer, it’s recommended to replace a new plate or re-level it to reduce the distance between the nozzle and the bed.

2.3D printer filament should be stored in a sealed bag or box after each printing, and the end of the filament should be passed through the hole provided on the spool to avoid tangling

3.The glow effect depends on different types of light source, exposure distance, exposure time, and model density filling. The general rules are as follows: UV light > Sunlight > LED light, Exposure time needs to be more than 30 minutes.

Please don’t exposure to sunlight all day, cause this may damage the luminescent materials contained in the filament.

4.According to the glow test comparison of different colors, under the same light time, the green luminous powder has the best glow effect, followed by blue and purple.
