【Premium TPU 3D Printing Filament】: This 1.75 mm TPU 3D filament has a dimensional accuracy of +/- 0.05 mm. The raw material is derived from corn starch, which is environmentally friendly. It uses high-purity TPU raw material, no bubbles, no clogging, no odor, and good quality. Neat winding, no knots, no jamming, good adhesion and super strong layer connection ensure excellent printing quality and stability, making printing easy and smooth.
【Abrasion and weather resistance】: 3D filament TPU consists of hard and soft segments, the hard segments provide high strength and heat resistance, while the soft segments give the material elasticity and flexibility. It enables TPU to maintain better mechanical properties under different conditions, thus improving its abrasion resistance. It can be normally used between -40℃ and 80℃.
【Intimate Vacuum Sealed Packaging】: HELLO3D TPU flexible filament is designed with sealed vacuum aluminum bags and desiccant packaging to keep your 3D printer filaments in good condition for printing. The aluminum foil side is protected from sunlight, and the transparent side allows you to clearly see the product. Double-sided mounting holes on the spool prevent tangling and allow the filament to be tightly sealed in the vacuum foil bag.
【Recommended printing settings】: In order to print successful and perfect TPU 3D crafts, Recommend Heat Bed Temp: 0-60°C, Print Temp: 200-250°C; Print Speed: 45-60 mm/s, Use Nozzle over 0.4 mm to avoid clogging.
